CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to accommodate those waiting to be seen. We understand that there are at times unforeseeable events that can prevent notification. We forgive the first cancellation without notice, however recurring no-notice cancellations will be billed a $75 fee.

New patients, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for completion of the appropriate paperwork and documentation. For follow-up appointments, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. We make every effort to keep our appointments running smoothly and on time.
